Explore Systemic Reform

Professional practice does not occur in isolation. Policies, institutional structures, legal standards, and systems influence the conditions in which professionals exercise judgment, authority, and responsibility.

The TISA Institute examines opportunities for systemic reform where institutional conditions may affect the quality of professional practice and the experiences of the people those systems serve.

Through systemic reform initiatives, the Institute works to translate its principles into proposals that strengthen professional practice, institutional accountability, and the systems in which professionals serve.

Current Reform Initiatives

The TISA Institute develops and examines reform initiatives addressing institutional conditions that affect professional practice and the people systems are intended to serve.
